AllBright advises Huajin International Holdings Limited on its listing on main board of HKSE
2016-04-1910937Huajin International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2738) was listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 15, 2016, in which 150 million stocks had been issued and raised approximately HKD 400 million. AllBright team acts as the PRC legal counsel to the issuer.
Huajin International is a leading cold roll carbon steel processing enterprise in Guangdong Province and mainly engages in customizing and providing cold roll carbon steel strip, board and welded steel tube per the specification of its customers. Its annual sales volume is around RMB 1.8 billion Yuan.
The sole sponsor and underwriter of this project is Shenwan Hongyuan H.K. Limited.
AllBright team acted as the PRC legal counsel for Huajin International in this project and provided all-sided legal services for the successful listing of Huajin International.
