2024-12-308699On December 27, 2024, Jiangsu Park Ha Biological Technology Co., Ltd.’s beneficial holding company, Park Ha Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Park Ha), successfully listed on the Nasdaq Exchange (“Nasdaq”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “PHH”. Park Ha issued 1.2 million ordinary shares (or 1.38 million ordinary shares with 15% over-allotment option) at a price of $ 4 per share, raising $4.8 million aggregate gross proceeds.
Established in 2016, Park Ha is a specialized skincare service provider from Jiangsu Wuxi, which primarily provides professional skincare services for high-quality women, customizing exclusive skincare plans based on the subtle differences in various skin types. Park Ha’s business mainly includes the development of its own skincare brands, direct sales of skincare products, and promotional activities through franchise alliances.
