AllBright Lawyers Advise Baosheng Media Group’s Nasdaq IPO
2021-02-0910679On February 8, 2021 EST, Baosheng Media Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) , commenced trading on the Nasdaq Exchange Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “BAOS”. AllBright Lawyers served as lead underwriter Univest Securities LLC’s PRC counsel. The Company is expected to issue 6,000,000 ordinary shares to the public at a price of $5.00 per ordinary share and raise 30 million dollars. The Company expects to close its initial public offering (“IPO”) on February 10, 2021.
The Company is an online marketing solution provider based in China. The Company is dedicated to helping advertising clients manage online marketing activities. The Company advises advertisers on online marketing strategies, offer value-added advertising optimization services and facilitate the deployment of online ads of various forms such as search ads, in-feed ads, mobile app ads and social media marketing ads.
AllBright acted as the legal counsel of the underwriter, Univest Securities, LLC., in this project, and assisted in the due diligence of operating entities of the Company, the analysis of key legal issues, and the review of the prospectus with respect to Chinese laws.
