Mr. Wang is a partner of AllBright Law Offices and he is based in Shanghai office. Mr. Wang received his master degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Wang is qualified to practice in China and granted the qualification for securities practice. He is also qualified to act as independent director as recognized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Mr. Wang is a panel member of Shanghai Science and Technology Financial Information Service Platform, a senior legal expert in the field of blockchain and a founder of WeChat official account “Fa Cai Jia Zhi Hu Lian” as well. Mr. Wang also acts as a consultant and independent director for the investment committees of several fund projects. Mr. Wang’s working languages are Mandarin and English.

In recent years, Mr. Wang has accumulated extensive theoretical and practical experience in many areas including the development, application and legal protection of commercial scenarios in the blockchain community, title and management of data asset, electronic evidence and legal practice of DAO community governance.

Mr. Wang’s main practice areas include Internet compliance, cyber security compliance, M&A, corporate restructuring and listing, establishment and dismantlement of overseas “Red Chip” structure, private equity investment, filing and change for material matters of private fund, corporate governance and design of incentive scheme, supply chain finance and commercial consultation. Mr. Wang is especially experienced in resolving difficult and cross-disciplinary issues of law, finance and tax. Mr. Wang has provided annual legal service or service for particular projects for clients including but not limited to Wing Fund Group Aisa Limited, Hong Kong Newtimes Group, Shanghai Yin Group, Shanghai Aijian Group and Jia Yuanhai Group.
