Vickie was admitted to practice in PRC in 1998. Prior to joining the firm, Vickie worked as a legal professional in Star Group, Walt Disney Shanghai, Honeywell China and Deacons Shanghai Office, etc.

Vickie has substantial experience in the following areas:
· Advising on corporate regulatory and compliance issues including corporate governance, anti-bribery, labor, tax and foreign exchange, etc.;
· Advising foreign investors on the establishment and maintenance of foreign invested enterprises in PRC;
· Advising foreign investors on acquisition of interests in and assets of PRC enterprises;
· Advising on real estate related issues in PRC including land acquisition, construction, real estate development and property sales/leasing;
· Advising on chain store and franchising business in PRC;
· Assisting in dispute resolution (including litigation and arbitration).
