He Zhou is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas includesecurities and capital markets, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Hefocuses his practice on initial public offerings, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, and litigation and arbitration matters. Hehas participated in the overseas listing projects with respect to A shares, H shares and red chips of several companies. He has also advised on major A projects. In addition, Mr. He has provided legal services for investment projects involving prominent domestic and overseas PE funds and invested enterprises.

Prior to joining AllBright, Mr. He engaged in legal work at a leading law firm in the Asia-Pacific region and Shanghai representative office of an international law firm, and he was also in charge of the legal department of an A-share listed company.
