Alex Song is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include securities andcapital markets, mergers and acquisitions, finance and private equity.

Mr. Songis experienced in providing legal service on capital markets. He has advised more than 50 companies on the domestic and overseas IPOs, non-public offerings of shares, asset restructuring projects (backdoor listings), bond issuances and incentive stock options.

Mr. Song has provided legal service for more than 30 companies on A projects in a variety of fields including insurance, securities, real estate, internet, game industry, hotels, new energy resources, medical industry, pension industry and manufacturing. He has advised some famous private equity fund management institutions regarding the establishment and registration, fund raising and investments.

Mr. Song was honored as “Top 25 Issuer’s Lawyer of A-Share IPO Market in 2010” byNew Fortune, and is currently a member of the Securities Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.

Mr. Song graduated from Shanghai University with an LL.B. degree in 2003. He worked in a famous law firm after graduation and joined AllBright in 2012.

Mr. Song is currently a practicing lawyer in China. He is fluent in Mandarin and English."
