Mr.Xia has published many papers in theJianghai Academic Journal, Forum of World Economics Politics and other national core journals. He hasparticipated in providing consulting for the drafting of the Labor Contract Law and was invited to give lectures on legal affairs management, legal risk prevention, corporate receivables management and other mattersfor a number oforganizationsand large enterprises including the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangsu Provincial Government, and Jiangsu International Trust Corporation Limited.

Mr.Xia obtained his LL.B and Ph.D. in Law from Nanjing University.
