Huang Yi is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Suzhou and Shanghai. His practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Huang has handled more than a thousand cases of various kinds and presently serves as legal counsel for real estate enterprises and several well-known Chinese and foreign companies and public institutions. Mr. Huang specializes in non-litigation, litigation and arbitration-related legal affairs in economic fields, and has handled a large number of economic disputes involving real estate, foreign investment, and intellectual property.

Mr. Huang graduated from Fudan University Law School in 2001 and practiced in a large law firm and later co-founded a law firm and served as its deputy director before later joining AllBright. In 2015, Mr. Huang has attained the statutory retirement age and has completed the retirement procedure.

Mr. Huang is a practicing lawyer in China. His working language is Mandarin.
