Lawyer Pu Shunbo graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, began his legal practice in 2015, and currently serves as a partner at Shanghai AllBright Law Offices. His primary practice areas include securities and capital markets, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial dispute resolution.
