ZHU, Jiping
Senior Partner
Zhu Jiping is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include dispute resolution, banking and finance, and real estate and construction.
Mr. Zhu has extensive experience in handling financial disputes involving borrower credit, factoring, bankers' acceptances, and dynamic pledges.Mr. Zhu’s clients include a number of national Chinese financial institutions. Mr. Zhu has also worked with a number of high-profile real estate developers in Shanghai in completing their construction projects.
Mr. Zhu received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from the East China University of Political Science and Law.
Before practicing law in 2003, Mr. Zhu gained a good command of corporate legal affairs by working for a large state-owned enterprise and then for a large private real estate group.
Mr. Zhu is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
