Zhou Yongsheng is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include banking and finance, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and capital markets.

Mr. Zhou has focused his legal practice on the development of financial structures for wealth management, trusts and foreign investments. He is the retained legal counsel for a number of high-profile banking investment firms and funds.

Mr. Zhou previously worked as a lawyer at a Beijing law firm. During 2004-2005, heserved asan adjunct professor at the University of Tokyo Schools for Law and Politics.

Mr. Zhou’s published works include a translation of the Anti-monopoly Law of Japan, and he has also published dozens of pieces in newspapers and legal periodicals including the Financial Times, Law and Social Development and Foreign Law and Review.

Mr. Zhou obtained his LL.M. from Jilin University in 1997 and S.J.D. from Renmin University of China in 2000.

Mr. Zhou is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and Japanese.
