Mr. Zhang specialized in Securities and Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity Funds practice area. Before joining Allbright Law Offices, Mr. Zhang previously worked for securities regulatory agencies and well-known domestic law firms.

Mr. Zhang has CPA qualification of PRC, and specializes in handling complex transactions such as listed company governance, deal structure design required for daily operation of companies, corporate capital operation, investment and financing, etc.. Mr. Zhang has abundant experience in capital markets and enterprise compliance, and is able to address various legal issues in a manner that caters to clients’ commercial and financial needs, provide clients with practical solutions. Mr. Zhang has participated in various capital market projects such as corporate restructuring, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing of listed companies, etc.

In the area of Bonds and Asset Securitization, Mr. Zhang continues to provide professional legal services for the transaction structure design, contract negotiation and drafting, listing and issuance of various bonds and asset securitization products, including ABS, CMBS, REITs, Corporate Bonds, ABN, CMBN, Medium-term Notes, Debt Financing Instruments and other debt financing instruments.

In the area of Private Equity Funds, Mr. Zhang has provided comprehensive legal services for investment institutions, such as private equity manager registration, fund filing, and fund "raising, investing, managing and retiring".

Mr. Zhang has also provided legal advisory services for many enterprises with certain influence, such as the world's top 500 commercial banks (A+H), listed companies, state-owned companies, private equity institutions, asset management companies, real estate enterprises, etc., and provided special legal services for the investment and financing, information disclosure and other related matters in the daily operation and management of such enterprises.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with Bachelor's Degree in law, and then obtained Master's Degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Fudan University.
