Martin Xie is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include securities and capital markets, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

Mr. Xie is mainly experienced in domestic and overseas company listings, private equity investment, asset acquisition and restructuring, corporate bankruptcy and liquidation, litigation and arbitration. He has handled public listings, major asset restructurings, acquisitions and many other projects and has acted as the legal counsel for many Fortune Global 500 companies, large state-owned enterprises and listed companies.

Mr. Xie is a member of the Shanghai Bar Association and a member of the Corporate Dissolution and the Bankruptcy Liquidation Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.

Mr. Xie has published many papers, includingOn Obligations of Securities Investment Fund Managers, andLegal Issues Regarding Corporate Listings.

Mr. Xie graduated from the Xiamen University School of Law with a LL.M. in July 2005.

Mr. Xie is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin and English.
