Jiang Zhijun is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. His practice areas include securities, capital markets, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance.

Mr. Jiang mainly provides legal services related to corporate restructuring, IPOs and public listings, New Third Board and OTC listings, reorganizations, private equity investment, and debt financing of non-financial enterprises on the interbank bond market; he is qualified as a property rights broker in Shanghai and is therefore able to provide services for the trading of property rights on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange.

Mr. Jiang has successfully provided legal services for restructuring, IPOs and the allotment of shares, additional issuance of shares, mergers and acquisitions, transfers of state-owned property rights, medium-term notes (MTNs), and short-term financing bills. Mr. Jiang also possesses many years of experience in business operations and management..

Mr. Jiang graduated from the Jilin University School of Law and the Huaqiao University School of Law as an undergraduate and with an LL.M. in economic law in 1999 and 2005, respectively. He became qualified as a Shanghai property rights broker in 2012.
