Mr. Jin has served as lead counselon joint-stock restructuring and domestic IPO of many companies, and hasexperience in such aspects as corporate As and reorganization, restructuring scheme design, standardized operation, and design of stock option incentive schemes. Mr. Jin also provides specialized legal services for many domestic PE investments.

Mr. Jin hasparticipated in numerous cases involving commercial resident property development, customized construction, work-in-progress transfer, BTO, real estate marketing management, and As and reorganization of real estate companies. He has recently beeninvolved in large-scale real estate developments. Mr. Jin also serves asspecialized legal counsel for several large-sized enterprises in Shanghai, and furnishes specialized legal services concerning daily operations, major asset restructuring, investment and As, stock option incentive plans.

Mr. Jin graduated from the Major of International Economic Law in the Department of International Law at East China University of Political Science and Law.
