Ms. Elena Wang’s first degree was in law at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), her second degree was the Master’s Degree of Common Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)，her third degree was the Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical Engineering and Automation from the East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST). Furthermore, in 2017, she participated in the Chinese Lawyer Training Program held by the English Bar Council at London, and was trained by Three New Square, a leading Intellectual Property Chambers of the U.K. In 2023, she participated in the first “Singapore-Shanghai Lawyers Exchange Program” and was trained by the Ministry of Law of Singapore and had her secondment in Drew & Napier LLC (one of the biggest four law firms of Singapore) for three months. Now Elena is a partner as well as a qualified patent attorney in Allbright Law Offices, meanwhile she has got a full registration of registered foreign lawyer at Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC). She is also a member of the “International Investment and Belt and Road" Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.

Ms. Elena Wang is experienced in all areas of intellectual property. She has been particularly active in technology-oriented cases involving electronics engineering, in which her knowledge of the law is coupled with a technical background. She also enjoys a diverse practice in copyright, trademarks and other IP rights. Ms. Wang has served nearly 100 foreign companies and more than 10 A-share listed companies and state-owned enterprises. In 2014, Elena acted in the copyright infringement and anti-unfair competition litigation case regarding “Battle through Heaven” online game. After two instances, this case was finally listed as "One of the Most Significant IP Cases of China in 2015". Her invention patent infringement litigation case helped her law firm to be listed as "One of the Ten Top IP Litigation Firms Nationwide in 2018".
