Zhang Lili is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. Her practice areas include securities and capital markets, bonds, trusts, project investment and finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Zhang has successfully handled various investment and financing projects for many domestic and overseas companies, including reorganization and A, domestic and overseas IPOs, enterprise and corporate bonds, insurance fund debt investment plans, and corporate asset securitization. She was recognized by China Law Practice for her leadership of a high-profile share swap transaction that was noted as one of the six most important A transactions and one of the six most important private equity-venture capital transactions in China in 2007.

Ms. Zhang previously taught law at the East China University of Political Science and Law and served as the principal in-house counsel attorney at a large conglomerate in Shanghai.

Ms. Zhang graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. in 1985 and obtained his LL.M. there in 1988. In addition, Ms. Zhang is qualified as a senior economist and he is a member of the Shanghai Law Society.

Ms. Zhang is a practicing lawyer in China. Her working language is Mandarin.
