Mr. Qiu is well-experienced in litigation and arbitration matters. Mr. Qiu has leveraged this experience to handle corporate equity disputes, contract performance disputes, and disputes related to real estate development, sales and rentals and represented many domestic and internationally-known, powerful enterprises in litigation and arbitration cases.

Mr. Qiu has also participated in the development of various commercial and residential properties, custom construction, work-in-progress transfers, real estate marketing management, As and reorganization of real estate developers.
