秦蓁律師先后畢業(yè)于華東政法大學(xué)及芝加哥肯特法學(xué)院，獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)法法學(xué)學(xué)士及金融服務(wù)法法學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)為中國執(zhí)業(yè)律師，上海市錦天城律師事務(wù)所高級合伙人。
