On December 17, 2024, Chambers and Partners, a globally renowned legal media, published the Global Practice Guides: International Trade 2025 for business leaders, corporate legal departments, and related practitioners across global countries and regions. Each chapter of the Global Practice Guides, covering different countries and regions, is written by leading law firms ranked by Chambers in that specific field. The aim is to succinctly introduce the latest legal and practical developments and trends within each jurisdiction.
Mengyun (Sarah) Qiu, partner of AllBright Law Offices, is delighted to be invited to be the contributor for "China: Trends and Developments" Chapters of Chambers "International Trade 2025" Global Practice Guide. She elaborates on the newly introduced Regulations on Export Control of Dual-Use Items in 2024 and provides a comprehensive overview of China’s anti-sanction regime and insights and recommendations on how enterprises can effectively manage export controls and sanctions compliance and risk management in 2025.
