AllBright can help the taxpayers facing tax inspections by the tax authority to defend in accordance with the law, including providing tax inspection related tax law consultancy, reviewing the written statement submitted by the entrusting agency to the tax inspection agency, and drafting and reviewing written defense opinions to be submitted to the tax inspection agency. We could also act as agents to apply to the tax inspection agency for tax punishment hearings, attend the tax administrative punishment hearings, make statements and debate during hearings. We are also able to receive service of process and other relevant legal documents served by the tax inspection authorities on behalf of clients.
