Mrs. Lu has specialized in various areas including domestic and overseas company listings, refinancing of listed companies, New Third Board listings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and debt financing for non-financial enterprises. She has comprehensively participated in and led numerous projects, such as the IPO projects of Shengye Electric (920128.BJ), Zhaoyang Technology (002981.SZ), and Yuanshang Co., Ltd. (603813.SH); the refinancing project of SUOFEIYA (002572.SZ); the Beijing Stock Exchange IPO project of Zhongpeng Technology; and the New Third Board listing projects of Tianyuan Huibang (839512), Hegu Intelligent (872312), Huadian Construction (839449), and Guangteng New Energy (872150). Additionally, she is currently guiding dozens of companies through their IPO processes.

In the field of debt financing for non-financial enterprises, Attorney Lu has led projects such as the private issuance of corporate bonds targeted at professional investors by Zhuhai Port Holding Group Co., Ltd. in 2024 and 2025, multiple issuances of medium-term notes, and ultra-short-term financing bills. She has also managed several government bond issuances for Foshan Metro Group, the issuance of short-term financing bills for Guangdong Vanward Group Co., Ltd., ultra-short-term financing bill projects for China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., a $1.5 billion overseas U.S. dollar bond issuance, and a $500 million overseas bond issuance for Guangdong Energy Group.

In the realm of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, Attorney Lu has led and participated in projects such as the acquisition of a controlling stake in Guangzhou Tianying by a subsidiary of Industrial Fuconn (601138.SH), the acquisition of a controlling stake in Chigo Heating & Ventilation by the U.S.-listed Carrier Global Corporation, the acquisition of Feida Audio by Zhaoyang Technology (002981.SZ), a series of acquisitions by Foran Energy Group (002911.SZ) and SUOFEIYA (002572.SZ), the acquisition of Leadman (300289.SZ) by state-owned enterprise Kaide Technology, and the cross-border acquisition project of Shenzhen Boao Exhibition Co., Ltd. She possesses extensive experience in these related fields.
