Measures to Support Headquarters Economy Development in Shanghai Lin-gang were Amended and Released

On November 17, 2024, the Notification on Amendment to Several Measures of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-gang Special Area to Support Headquarters Economy Development (the “Measures”) was published on the website of Shanghai Lin-gang Special Area Management Committee.
It is specified in the Measures that the headquarters that comply with applicable conditions and complete relevant certification will be granted an award of up to RMB30 million after comprehensive assessment by the Management Committee in terms of enterprise development, driving effect, and cluster capacity; the headquarters that are able to achieve capacity improvement will be granted an award of up to RMB6 million after relevant certification.
