AllBright Partner Lectures at Ping An Trust and Other Organizations
2013-09-297591On September 16, 2013, AllBright partner Daniel Xu, at the invitation of Ping An Trust, gave a lecture on the topic “Key Legal Issues on Toll Road Trust Financing” to Ping An Trust’s Department of Infrastructure Investment. With his expertise and experience in the sector, Mr. Xu delivered an insightful analysis of legal practice and risk control issues with respect to toll road trust products, with a focus on the investment and financing mechanisms of toll roads, right of toll collection, proprietorship of toll road assets, and local government investment vehicles.
As a well regarded lawyer in the trust practice area, Mr. Xu also delivered a lecture on the “LP Fund & Its Roles in Trust” to more than 50 members at the Trust for Fortune business school. Mr. Xu’s lecture was well-received by the members, who are from trust companies, brokerage houses and fund houses nationwide.
