AllBright Lawyers Deliver Lecture on Project Risk Control
2014-11-117255On October 28, 2014, AllBright partners Andy Zhao and George Wen delivered lectures on Project Risk Control to Shanghai Caitong Asset Management Co. Caitong Asset President Wang Jun, Vice President Li Dong, Managing Director Zhou Juan and an additional 20 Caitong employees attended in the lecture.
Zhao and Wen discussed project risk control with respect to media communications, non-litigation and civil litigation, focusing on key legal issues and possible legal risks associated with project investment and offered means of controlling such risks. Their professionalism and expertise won applause from the audience.
