On April 27, 2014, AllBright Shenzhen office partner Alex Huang delivered a lecture on Finance Leasing Legal Practice, and Innovation and Policy Updates to 50-plus participants from finance leasing companies, banks, trust companies and fund management houses at the invitation of the famous financial training institution, Xinzejin Business School.

Huang elaborated on the legal structure and characteristics of finance leasing, finance leasing companies’ cooperation, trading and securitization of leasing assets, the legal environment and supervision policy of finance leasing, and its legal risks assessment and risk control, with years of experience and expertise by serving big finance leasing companies in China.

The lecture was well received by the participants. Mr. Huang was also hired as lecturer at Xinzejin Business School due to his professional skills, knowledge, and his ability to deliver lectures on other topics.
