AllBright Partner included in Hong Kong Arbitration Panel
2013-07-107254AllBright is pleased to announce that AllBright Partner David Chen has been included in the panel of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, AllBright’s first inclusion at the Center.
HKIAC was established in 1985 by a group of business leaders and professionals in an effort to meet the growing need for arbitral services in Asia. The Center is governed by a council composed of leading business people and professionals from all around the world who possess a wide variety of skills and experience. The Center has become a first-choice alternative dispute resolution platform in Asia by administering arbitrations and other dispute resolution activities, including mediation and adjudication.
Dr. Chen was included in the panel of arbitrators of HKIAC due to his years of expertise and experiences in global business disputes resolution. He has taken training courses by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee (CIETAC) in Shanghai in 2011 and 2012. He has acted as an arbitrator in four major national and international arbitrations: Shanghai Arbitration Commission, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and Court of Arbitration for Sport.
