AllBright Lawyers Participate in the 5th WTO Law Seminar 2014-12-04
2014-12-046219On October 31, 2014, AllBright’s International Trade Commission members, Fu Donghui, Li Ye and Feng Xuewei participated in the 5th annual WTO Law Seminar at the invitation of the Ministry of Commerce. During the seminar, Mr. Li and Mr. Fu briefed the audience about a Chinese auto industry anti-dumping and countervailing case (DS440) represented by AllBright. At the same time, Ms. Feng briefed the audience about the China Rare Earth Case (DS431/432/433) represented by AllBright. Their analysis of the cases and institution’s judgment reasoning was highly regarded by the audience, who joined in a deep and lively discussion of the cases study.
The 5th WTO Law Seminar was jointly hosted by the Chinese Society of International Economic Law and the Department of Treaties and Law, Ministry of Commerce. The event was organized by the Wuhan University and International Economic Law Research Institute, Xiamen University. Li Yongjie, director of the Department of Treaties and Law, Ministry of Commerce, Zeng Huaqun, president of the Chinese Society of International Economic Law and other WTO law experts participated in the seminar and held an in-depth discussion.
