AllBright Partner Joins the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s 1st Listed Company Information Disclosure Consulting Committee
2013-12-057248On November 29, 2013, the Shanghai Stock Exchange held a conference on its 1st Listed Company Information Disclosure Consulting Committee to improve the efficiency and creditability of the disclosure management of listed companies’ information.
AllBright partner James Lin was appointed as a committee member on November 28, 2013 with a two-year term. At the conference, Mr. Lin delivered a keynote speech on information disclosure and relevant issues, and also held discussions with experts in the area. Participants discussed issues such as problems with respect to information disclosure, evaluation of information disclosure, and the working agenda for the committee.
