AllBright Lawyer Gives Lecture to Shanghai Jiao Tong University President’s Class on Capital Operation
2014-06-185507On June 14, 2014, AllBright partner Stone Shi gave a lecture on Private Equity Investment & Financing Strategy to the 140-plus students of the 15th and 16th Shanghai Jiao Tong University President’s Class on Capital Operation at the invitation of the university.
During the lecture, Mr. Shi elaborated on the definition of private equity, PE’s relationship with its investment target companies, the relationship between GPs (general partners) and LPs (limited partners), PE diversified investment activities, and PE trading in the secondary market, with his years of expertise and experience in the PE legal services sector.
Mr. Shi was highly recognized by the program organizers and won applause from the students.
