AllBright Partner Wins Award as 2012-2013 Outstanding Writer of the Year
2013-12-307643From 2012 to 2013, Susan Guo (Guo Suping), a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Beijing, published several notable articles in The Journal of Beijing Lawyers Association. The articles include Facing Antitrust Investigations: the Legal Issues Enterprises Should be Aware of and Pay Attention to; Legal Implications of MOFCOM’s Conditional Approval of Wal-Mart's Acquisition of Controlling Stake in Yihaodian; and Analysis of Typical Antitrust Legal Cases and Legal Advice To Enterprises, among others.
The Beijing Lawyers Association evaluated the quality of the articles received and named Ms. Guo as the 2012-2013 Outstanding Writer of the Year.
