AllBright Advises China Securities on a Specific Assets Management Plan
2013-11-198406On October 18, 2013, China Securities Co., Ltd., which was advised by AllBright, received the regulatory approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to launch “Huiyuan Phase I Specific Assets Management Plan.”
The AllBright team on the project was led by partners Shen Guoquan and Terry Liu, who are well regarded in the financial services and capital markets sector.
