The Company issued 3 million American Depositary Shares ("ADS") at a price of $10 per ADS, raising US$30 million aggregate gross proceeds. The underwriters in this initial public offering of the Company are Network 1 Financial Securities, Alexander Capital and Valuable Capital.
The Company is established in Shanghai in 2006. The Company is the third largest third-party wealth management service provider in China. The Company primarily provides wealth management services, insurance brokerage services, asset management services and other services to its clients.
