AllBright Wins Two Cases at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre
2014-04-159150AllBright has represented a well-known US architecture design firm to file two arbitrations at the Hong Kong International Arbitrations Centre over design contract disputes against a well-known Chinese real estate developer. The centre formed a tribunal to hear the cases in both Chinese and English and applied PRC law. The centre has recently found in favor of AllBright’s client.
AllBright partner Henry Ding and associates Huang Pulu and Bird Yu formed the team to represent the US architecture design firm throughout the arbitration procedure and provided professional services in English and Chinese.
