AllBright Advises Shanghai Color Packaging Material on its Shanghai Equity Exchange Listing
2013-09-298454On September 26, 2013, Shanghai Color Packaging Material Co., Ltd. (“Shanghai Color Packaging”), which was advised by AllBright, was listed on the Shanghai Equity Exchange (company code: 100098).
Shanghai Color Packaging, founded in 1998, has manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and Wenzhou. It is principally engaged in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of micro-corrugated paper and other paper products. Shanghai Color Packaging’s goal is to become a market leader and to build up the versatile application of micro-corrugated paper in various industries. The company has already established a strong reputation within its industry.
The AllBright team on the listing was led by partner Shen Guoquan and included associate Li Panfeng.
