AllBright Advises Haiyan Power System on listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations
2014-11-188045On November 13, 2014, Zhejiang Haiyan Power System Resources Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 831353), was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations with legal support from AllBright.
Haiyan Power System’s business covers environmental technology R&D, environmental protection system design and construction, water processing systems for power stations, etc. Haiyan Power System has become one of the most competitive design and construction suppliers of condensate polishing for water reuse/reclaim systems for fire power and nuclear power stations.
The AllBright team on the project was composed of partners Jeen Li and Li Yun as well as associate Bao Zhiyuan.
