2022-07-148150On July 13, 2022, Intelligent Living Application Group (the “Company”), represented by ABL Lawyers, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “ILAG.” The Company issued 5.06 million ordinary shares, raising approximately US$20 million in aggregate gross proceeds. The lead underwriter in this initial public offering of the Company is Network 1 Financial Securities. The Company manufactures and sells mechanical locksets to customers in the US and Canada.
