AllBright Advises Victor Group on Australian IPO
2014-05-158979On May 9, 2014, Victor Group Holdings, Ltd. (stock code: VIG) successfully went public on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The company, established in June, 2006, provides marketing management training, brand planning, marketing strategic planning, and implementing of advanced enterprise management techniques. The overseas listing will help increase brand awareness and influence in the Chinese market as well as further expand its domestic and foreign channels for sales and fund raising.
AllBright partners Ark Bao and Maggie Chen and associate Miles Pan formed the Chinese legal team to advise Victor Group on the IPO as well as issue legal opinions in China.
