AllBright Advises Yongtai Technology on Private Placement
2014-09-0410867On August 22, 2014, Zhejiang Yongtai Technology Co., Ltd.’s (002326.SZ) application for private placement was unconditionally approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The company plans to issue 55 million new shares to raise no more than 611.6 million RMB. The new shares will be traded at Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
