AllBright Advises Yangzhou Derwins on listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations
2014-11-128662On November 12, 2014, Yangzhou Derwins Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 831349), was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations with legal support from AllBright.
Derwins Plastic Industry’s main business focuses on high-quality PVC leather, semi PU research and development and manufacturing. Its main products include furniture leather, handbags/bag leather, shoe leather, ball leather, garment leather, car interior leather among others. Its products have been exported to Europe, and North and South America.
Derwins Plastic Industry is the second company from Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province, which has been listed at the National Equities Exchange and Quotations market. The first Gaoyou company which was listed at the market was also advised by AllBright.
