ABL Advises Shengfeng Development Limited's Listing on Nasdaq
2023-04-039942On March 31, 2023, Shengfeng Development Limited (the “Company”), represented by ABL Lawyers, commenced trading on the Nasdaq Exchange (“Nasdaq”) in the United States under the ticker symbol “SFWL”. The Company issued 2,400,000 Class A ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$4.00 per Class A ordinary share with gross proceeds of US$9,600,000.
The Company is a contract logistics company in China providing customers with integrated logistics solution services.
The AllBright legal team, Senior Partner Frank Xu, Senior Partner Joy Huang, associate Elaine Yu and associate Ken Lin served as the legal counsels to the Company on its IPO and Nasdaq listing and advised on PRC legal matters.
