Qian Miao is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Hangzhou. His practice areas include finance, real estate, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Qian has focused on litigation and non-litigation legal services in his practice for two decades. He has represented clients or advised on a large number of litigation and enforcement cases involving non-performing assets and cases of restructuring of non-performing loans of financial institutions. He provides a complete range of legal services from project construction to commodity housing sales for a number of well-known real estate developers and has dealt with dozens of cases involving corporate mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring through spinoffs and liquidation. He served as retained legal counsel for more than 30 companies including state-owned enterprises and listed companies and is familiar with the business models and legal needs of companies in many industries. In addition, he has advised or represented clients in over a thousand litigation and arbitration cases. Mr. Qian previously worked at Zhejiang Trust and Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of the Bank of China. During this time, he held titles such as economist and accountant dealing with foreign affairs. Prior to joining AllBright in 2013, he was a partner at a law firm in Zhejiang. Mr. Qian obtained his LL.B. from the Department of International Economic Law of East China University of Political Science and Law in 1990. Mr. Qian is a practicing lawyer in China.
