Fan Yumei is a senior partner at Allbright Law Office and she works in Suzhou and Shanghai Office.

For the more than twenty years of lawyering, Ms. Fan has served the clients duteously and wholeheartedly. Her main practice areas is to provide legal services on the legal issues of foreign invested enterprise, merger and acquisition, real estate, company law, labor and human resource and IPO in Taiwan.

Lawyer Fan, graduated in 1986 from East China University of Political Science and Law with L.L.B degree granted, and received master degree in 2002. Lawyer FAN has pursued further studies at Boston University in 2006. Lawyer Fan started lawyering practice in 1990.
