Ding Mingsheng is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Suzhou. His practice areas include foreign investment, labor and social security law, and corporate legal matters.

Mr. Ding is well-acquainted Japanese corporate culture and methods of doing business. He has focused his practice on providing professional legal services to Japanese companies and Japanese-funded enterprises in China for many years. He currently serves as the retained legal counsel for dozens of companies in Suzhou, including Japanese-funded enterprises.

Mr. Ding obtained his LL.M and S.J.D. from Peking University in 1998 and 2002, respectively. During his studies at Peking University, he was an exchange student at Niigata University from 1996 to 1997 and from 2000 to 2002.

Mr. Ding is a practicing lawyer in China. His working languages are Mandarin, Japanese, and English.
