Hehas also successfully handled a large number of litigation cases involving contract disputes over land use rights, disputes over cooperative real estate development, disputes over compensation for land requisition and house demolition, contract disputes over construction projects and contract disputes over commodity housing sales. Mr. Wu has extensive practical experience in the corporate and securities fields and has participated in joint-stock reforms, improvement of corporate governance structures, company listings, corporate bond issuances, and asset restructuring. In addition, Mr. Wu also handles legal proceedings in a variety of major and complex cases and arbitration cases.
