Cindy Xin is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. Her practice areas include corporate, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and dispute resolution.

Ms. Xin provides comprehensive legal services for the inbound investment, mergers and acquisitions, and international arbitrations and litigations for some well-known multinational companies. She is also the retained legal counsel for many of these companies. Ms. Xin also advised on a bank restructuring deal resulting in the conversion of a foreign banking institution into a domestic one.

Ms. Xin was Deputy Secretary General of Foreign Consulting Committee of Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment and a member of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. She is now a member of Shanghai Pudong New Area Youth Federation, a member of the Shanghai Young and Middle-aged Intellectuals Federation, and a member of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Pudong New Area Young Lawyers Federation.

Ms. Xin is regularly invited by some foreign-invested enterprises in Shanghai to give legal lectures on contract law, labor law, and the protection of business secrets. She has also made appearances on television programs such as Talk Show (鋒言風語) and Economic Observer (經濟觀察) as a legal commentator. She has also published many legal articles in Shanghai Foreign Investment Magazine which is administered by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce and sponsored by the Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment.

Ms. Xin has been awarded the honorary title “Top Ten Outstanding Lawyers of Pudong New Area” by Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

Ms. Xin is a practicing lawyer in China. Her working languages are Mandarin, Japanese, and English.
