Attorney Li has participated in IPO projects for Tieliu Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Todaytec Digital Co., Ltd., Anbang Save-Guard Group Co., Ltd, Zhejiang Tianhong Lithium Battery Co., Ltd., Kente Catalysts Inc., as well as public issuance and listing of convertible bonds for NINGBO BOWAY ALLOY MATERIAL COMPANY LIMITED. and Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery Co., Ltd. He has also handled private placement stock projects for Zhejiang Guyuelongshan Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd. and Tieliu Co., Ltd., among other domestic A-share IPO projects, M&A restructuring projects, and refinancing projects. In the field of overseas listings, Attorney Li possesses extensive project experience, having participated in the H-share project for Jujiang Construction Group Co., Ltd. (01459.HK) and the project for Wenling Zhejiang Measuring and Cutting Tools Trading Centre Company Limited*(01379.HK), and Aux Electric Co., Ltd. (02580.HK).
