Lawyer Hou graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in civil and commercial law. Currently, he is a partner at Allbright Law firm. His main practice areas include corporate and mergers and acquisitions, litigation and arbitration, and cross-border investment and financing. His clientele encompasses large central state-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, multinational corporations, private listed companies, as well as private equity funds and merger and acquisition funds.
