Yao Jie is a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Hangzhou. Mr. Yao’s practice mainly covers legal services for large real estate companies. He has been engaged in legal services for residential development, commercial real estate, retirement housing and retained land project development and other corporate matters. Before entering practice, Mr. Yao worked at the Zhejiang branch of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Prior to joining AllBright in 2011, he worked as a partner at two other PRC law firms. Mr. Yao has published several papers in two books,Lawyer Practice Research andClassic Cases Handled by Lawyers in recent years. Mr. Yao won first prize in the civil category in the 2006 paper evaluation held by the provincial Bar Association. Mr. Yao obtained his B.A. from Hangzhou University. Mr. Yao is a practicing lawyer in China. His working language is Mandarin.
